Yes. We ship to the Caribbean via USPS International Priority which could take 1 week or less with tracking. FedEx or UPS can be utilized upon special request with the understanding it will be more costly & you will be responsible for paying all import taxes & duties. We can also ship to your preferred US Mailbox or US freight forwarder.
We mainly ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Signature Confirmation and Insurance are available at an additional cost and must be requested at time of order.
We generally ship within 1-2 business days if the part is readily available from our closest distributing warehouse. If it is not, it could take up to three (3) business days for us to ship to you. If there is a delay we will inform you of availability, so you can make the best decision for your needs and timeline.

We accept returns on unused & uninstalled products within 15 days after your order has been shipped. If you receive a defective or damaged part, we have an RMA process to follow. Upon return of the part, it will be inspected/tested for confirmation. Once the defect or damage is confirmed we can refund or re-ship a replacement. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please read our return policy for additional information regarding returns.
We have access to over 100,000 parts which fluctuate in availability daily. We prefer to check availability first before you purchase to eliminate frustration and the wait for a refund.
If the item shipped is our mistake or damaged, we will pay return shipping. Return shipping for all other reasons are to be paid by customer and incur a 15% restocking fee. Please see our return policy for further information.
