We accept returns on unused & uninstalled products within 15 days after your order has been shipped. The customer is eligible for a refund to the original payment method if the return is made within 15 days.

The product must be returned in the original box, with the original packing material and packing slip. Please contact us to receive the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to write on the outside of your box. Without the RMA number, we will not accept the return.

Items that have been installed, altered or damaged (including during return shipping) will not be accepted as returned items.

The customer assumes the shipping and any additional fees associated with items being returned to PARTS NOVA. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Defective merchandise is warrantied per individual manufacturer’s warranty policies.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In addition, we will indicate the status of your refund. Approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

A 20% restocking fee is applied to returned items based on Buyer’s Error.

 

Reasons for Restocking Fee:

Suppliers charge us a restock fee to return the product.

We had to pay the credit card fee that the bank charges us to process the order you placed.

We had to pay the person that processes the order that you placed.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same replacement item, send us an email via info@partsnova.com.

Depending on where you live, the replacement item’s arrival time may vary.

If you are returning expensive items, you are required to use a trackable shipping service along with, purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
